Hutchie started this game very well and took the game to Musselburgh it was no surprise they took the lead after 8 minutes, a great move down the left involving Stewart, Wilson-Need and Chisholm, the laters overlapping run and low cross into the box was met by Louis SIGNORINI for great opener.
Musselburgh equalised in 15 mins when they were awarded a soft penalty, Smith slotting it home minutes later Smith scored from open play after good play down the Musselburgh right.
Cammy Stewart who was playing well in a more advanced role had a terrific shot which was fingertips on to the post by Goalkeeper Laing, 2-1 down at the break but deserved better.
Wringe had to be replaced just after the break as he had received an injury, in the 58th minute Ben Davidson was woefully short with a pass back and Samual brought down the Musselburgh striker, Smith stepped up again and completed his hat trick.
Hutchie created a couple of good chances but could not penetrate the Musselburgh rearguard, with 6 minutes left a quick break on the Musselburgh left ended with a cross to the back post which was finished by Evans.
4-1 the final score was a bit harsh on Hutchie who had been the better side in the first half.
