Sunday 13^th v Newcraighall away in the league

The match began with Hutchie swarming forward and intent on grabbing the opener in a game of very few open chances the first goal was a beauty the ball was played through to Lewis R and it looked as though the defender would get there first but he hesitated Lewis accepted the invitation and sped past him cut inside and unleashed a great shot into the top corner 0-1.

Hutchie were now controlling the game and as Lewis R cut into the box he was brought down , Penalty,  Which he calmly slotted low into the corner 0-2.

Newcraighall now came into the game and a tangle in our area was judged by the ref to be a penalty and was slotted home 1-2

Half time 1-2

Second half became a real struggle with numerous chances for both teams but neither keeper really looking to troubled , a scramble in our box resulted in a shot which Jordan managed to get a foot to and clear just when we were all fearing the sucker punch was coming Lewis S took a shot from just outside the area with his left foot which appeared to be sailing over the bar but it dropped under the bar to make it 1-3

NCH kept pressing and a goal bound shot was blocked by Jaxon on the line ( never his hand  ! ) and despite the shouts the danger was cleared
