The 2010 awards will be the last year that saturday mornings [ apart from first touches] will count as part of future 5 years awards, as in 2006-2007 season the club in association with play to learn started the petite football, therefore in future the years at the petite football will not count as this is only an associate membership because of their young age.

Steven played for Hutchison Vale between 1986 and 1991. He was an outstanding central midfield player and for a big lad, he had a superb touch and a tremendous shot. He was particularly adept at free kicks.
Tragically Steven’s life was cut short at the age of 19. He was just on the verge of making the grade in senior football. Steven died of Leukaemia.
In his honour and memory this award is made to the player who has made an outstanding contribution to the club.
