The Hutchison Vale 2003 squad are delighted to announce their new sponsorship with Frankie & Benny's Gyle Restaurant who have provided us with new strips; as the first part of what we hope will be a long term relationship
Hutchie run two teams in the Sunday morning 'Pele' Under-9 League and the strips were given their first outings on November 3rd when one of our teams Played Spartans on our home Saughton pitch. Right across the other side of the city at Leith Links, the second Hutchie team played Leith Athletic
Club Leader Tam Smith – one of whose many duties is coaching the 2003 squad -said "Hutchie are very grateful indeed to Frankie & Benny's for this support, especially as these boys are at that age where they tend to grow so quickly that many of them had already outgrown last year’s kit!” The 20 boys in the squad are now looking forward to a complimentary meal at Frankie & Benny's at the Gyle on Sunday 25th November; when adding in parents, grandparents, siblings and friends we should take up a sizeable part of the premises.
